My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary amenities for two people, although they were a bit on the smaller side considering the price I paid. The service from the staff was exceptional, resembling the level of service found in 5-star chains. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the train station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience provided was satisfactory, with a good variety of free toiletries and a decent breakfast spread. However, there were some minor areas for improvement, particularly in room size and breakfast variety.

I loved the hotel's convenient location near Beppu Train station and the city center. The rooms were small but still very comfortable and clean.
